We offer a range of professional business support services, including (but not limited to):

  • Virtual Reception and Call Answering

  • Virtual Administration and General Office Support

  • Social Media Management and Marketing

  • Marketing Support (strategy, email campaigns, and website content)

  • Branded Workwear, Stationery, and Business Essentials

All services are provided remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Service Agreements and Pricing

Each project or ongoing service will be confirmed in writing — usually by email — before any work begins. This will include:

  • A description of the agreed service(s)

  • The rate or package price

  • Payment terms

  • Any relevant timelines or deliverables

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are issued according to the agreed terms (either per project, per month, or per order).

  • Payments are due within 7 or 14 days of the invoice date, depending on your agreement.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

  • For ongoing services, regular monthly payments may be required in advance.

For product-based orders (e.g. branded clothing or stationery), payment is required before production begins.

5. Cancellations and Changes

We understand that business needs change.

  • You can cancel or amend ongoing services with 7 days’ notice in writing.

  • Any work already completed or costs incurred before cancellation will be invoiced accordingly.

  • Product orders (e.g. custom-branded goods) cannot be cancelled once production has started.

6. Communication and Availability

Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (UK time).
We aim to respond to all messages within one working day.

Meetings and consultations can take place via phone, email, or video call (Microsoft Teams) by appointment.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with the utmost confidentiality.
All data, documents, and communication shared with us are stored securely and handled in accordance with UK GDPR.
We will never disclose client information to third parties unless required by law or necessary to complete an agreed service.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Solent Business Solutions (e.g. written content, designs, or marketing materials) remain our property until full payment is received.
Once paid in full, ownership of the final agreed deliverables transfers to the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care to provide accurate, high-quality services, we cannot be held liable for:

  • Any loss of income, profits, or data resulting from use of our services.

  • Errors or delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the client.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Data Protection

We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and take all reasonable steps to safeguard client information.

11. Termination of Services

Either party may end the working relationship with written notice.
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client breaches these Terms, behaves abusively, or fails to make payment within the agreed timeframe.
